ZJHP Compact Pneumatic Single-Seat Control Valve
It is a new generation of control valve launched in the 1980s that complies with IEC standards, suitable for process control systems with various media fluids and process conditions.
In addition to the common advantages of pneumatic control valves, it also features reliable action performance, precise flow regulation, a large adjustable range, stable operation, and small leakage. It can achieve high-quality control effects in extensive applications across various industrial sectors.
Structural Principle:
The compact pneumatic single-seat control valve consists of a ZHA (B) type pneumatic multi-spring diaphragm actuator and a VJP type low-flow-resistance straight-through single-seat valve.
After the pneumatic signal pressure sent by the regulating instrument is input into the diaphragm chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the push rod moves to drive the valve core, changing the opening cross-sectional area of the valve to achieve the purpose of regulating the medium flow. The stroke of the valve core has a corresponding proportional relationship with the input signal pressure.

Installation and Operation Notes:
● It should be installed vertically on horizontal pipelines. In special cases where horizontal or inclined installation is required, supports should generally be added.
● It should be installed close to the ground or floor slab for ease of maintenance and inspection. For those equipped with a valve positioner or handwheel mechanism, it is particularly important to ensure convenient observation, adjustment, and operation.
● A bypass pipeline is generally provided to switch to manual operation when the automatic control system fails or the control valve is being maintained, so as not to stop production.
● When equipped with a handwheel mechanism, the bypass pipeline can also be omitted for manual operation, and it can also be used to limit the opening of the valve. When not in use, the handwheel mechanism must be restored to its original neutral position to facilitate the normal operation of the automatic control system.
● During installation, the medium flow direction should be consistent with the direction indicated on the valve body.
● Before installing the control valve, the pipeline should be cleaned of dirt and welding slag. After installation, fully open the control valve, clean the pipeline and valve, and test the tightness of all connections.
